Djungareck LLC strives to provide all our customers with a positive shopping experience and quality products. Customers that are not satisfied with a returnable product they have purchased may return it for a full refund when the following conditions are met:
If product was not found to be defective, it must be undamaged and resalable.
30 days within the purchase date.
Receipt is provided as proof of purchase.
A waiting period of 10 business days is required on all purchases made by check.
Products that are not returnable include the following list:
Clearance items
Live animals
Frozen items (i.e. frozen feeder rodents, frozen bones, etc.)
If receipt is not provided as proof of purchase upon return, store credit may be given in place of a cash refund, at Djungareck discretion.
